Online Quarterly Information

     All assignments should be in by the dates listed below for each quarter in order to assure data entered into report cards is as updated and accurate as possible.

1st Quarter - October 4th

2nd Quarter/Semester - December 13th

3rd Quarter - March 7th

4th Quarter/Semester - May 16th (May 9th for Seniors)

    Attendance should also be in by these dates, but may include hours planned for online the following week since actual quarter ends the week after online's end quarter dates. Be sure to keep a log of of your hours and days that you are working. At the end of each quarter we will need to know the following:

Number of days that you worked on ONLINE SCHOOL only _____________

Number of total hours you worked this quarter ______________________

Number of days you took off that are normal school days ______________

IMPORTANT ONLINE NEWS

Dear Online High School and Middle School Parents,

If you have been approved for online:

1. Make sure you registered with the actual school of your students level.

Gateway for K-5th registrar Angel Thomas

WPMS for 6th-8th registrar Cil Gibson

WPHS for 9th-12th registrar Stacey Megyeri

2. Make sure you fill out:

* Proof of Residency form

* Computer Agreement form  if in 4 core courses

* Online Agreement (after reading the Online Handbook)

1. You should receive a Welcome Letter with passwords and log in instructions VIA Email

Do not wait for textbooks. Start logging on and using the online texts.

ONLY ONLINE TEXTS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE FUTURE 

(except with extenuating circumstances) 

COLLEGES USE MANY ONLINE TEXTS ONLY SO THIS IS GOOD PRACTICE!

This semester only -texts will arrive 7-10 days after ordering-if available- some courses are online only. 

If you do get textbooks-Plan to turn them in with the course name/level attached to them when you are done.

2. If you have tried the VERY clear directions in your EMAILED WELCOME PACKET from Lincoln, but still have trouble:

CONTACT me and we will try to set up a training for you to get started with Pippi Howard, our Online Assistant.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU MONITOR YOUR STUDENT TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE WORKING DAILY  on every course AT THIS TIME!
