Picture re-takes at the high school are scheduled for Thursday, September 26th. The camera will be set up in the band hallway from 11:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Students taking a picture for the first time this year need to pick up a re-take form from the front office. Students having a replacement picture taken MUST BRING THE ORIGINAL PICTURE PACKET TO HAND IN.
To all college-bound best and brightest WPHS seniors: If you are considering attending college in Colorado, come to the counseling office to talk with your counselor about the Boettcher Foundation Scholarship. If you are successful through the application process, Boettcher offers a full tuition, expenses and grants scholarship for 4 years of undergraduate studies
Attention students taking the ACT::: This Saturday, please report to the clock tower entrance before 8am. Bring your admission ticket, photo ID, pencils and a calculator. Good luck!
Aloha!!! The Homecoming dance will be on October 5th from 8-11pm in the main gym. Dress attire will be semi-formal: Girls must wear dresses, and guys must wear pants and a tie. Tickets will be sold at both lunches for $8 and will be sold for $10 at the dance door. Bring your friends and enjoy a night in Hawaii!!!
Come to the Performing Arts Gala, here at the high school tomorrow at 6PM. There will multiple performances by school ensembles, community ensembles, there will be solo performances, exhibits, and even snacks for sale! Great time will be had by all!
The Chess Club meets every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon at 315 in Room 313. Come and try to beat Gunnar Andersen! We will play until about 415 or so. Bring treats to eat, if you want.
